Simpson Creek runs along US 62 for a few miles south of Bloomfield, until the highway turns west to run roughly parallel to the Bluegrass Parkway. The creek continues on south. I always liked the look of this creek running through the fields, though this isn't one of the more interesting spots alongside it. It's just where I had room to pull over.

In appreciation of you all viewing my photos and making me feel oh-so-special I decided to throw a little contest. I was thinking I would have you guess the number of dolls I own and whoever guessed closest would win, but since I photograph my dollies all the time I thought it might be too easy. INSTEAD I decided to pick a collection not featured in my photostream:
THE CONTEST:
Guess the number of Playmates "World of Simpsons" figures currently on display in my apartment (loose and NRFB). The person who comes closest to the correct number will win. In the case of a tie, the person who guessed 1st will win the prize. If you win, please do not ask for substitutions. The reason I chose the dolls listed above is because they are new and exciting and I want everyone to have a chance to own them and see how awesome they are. (Hayden is not listed because I didn't see her in stores around me yet.)
THE RULES:
1) Only people who are a CONTACT, or who have COMMENTED ON or FAVORITED one of my photos in the past are eligible to play. The point of the contest is to thank people for viewing my photos, not to have some random person win a doll.
2) It doesn't matter where you live, I will ship the prize to you for free (unless you live in Antarctica...I won't ship there.)
3) One guess per person. Please post you guess in the comments and DO NOT PM it to me. No editing your post to change your answer.
4) Your guess must be made by Wednesday (July 28) at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. I will announce who won on Wednesday afternoon.
5) Anyone of any age is welcome to join. If you are under the age of 18, though, please please please make sure your parent/guardian is OK with you entering. The last thing I need is an angry Mom or Dad wondering why some stranger is sending their kid a doll in the mail.

Marge lets down her hair for Versace. Lisa gives up her pearls for Alber Elbaz. Homer dresses as Karl Lagerfeld. Selma & Patty in Viktor & Rolf. Maggie rides around in Jean Paul Gaultier’s Birkin Bag. Quite possibly the most incredible fashion spread i’ve seen (ok maybe tied with the Marie Antoinette Vogue spread?).
