I like simple things. Every time somebody came up with something brilliant, it was always a simple idea. The nature creates the world from very simple pieces. It is the need to understand of an observer what makes it look complicated. It is the tenacious need of us to understand everything, that's what brings chaos into our mind. But as soon as we overcome the chaos, once we finally understand the thing, we always find out it is truly simple. Well, we don't always understand, so...the chaos prevails...

On a hike in the Wadi Rum (Jordan) I saw this tree and even if I'm not religious I have to be honest and though "What will I do if it start's to burn..." ;)

Early morning on the beach at Cullen ......no one has been on here yet and the tide going out........ no foot prints in the sand ,so it was as simple as it gets .......just flat sand ,a few small waves and a piece of seaweed/kelp on the beach ....job done..........Cullen,Banffshire,Moray,Northeast Scotland

This is how I feel when I look out my window towards my garden every morning. The plant is another beautiful spring wildflower in my garden called the Celandine Poppy. I love it's cheery yellow bloom but sometimes keeping it simple and looking more closely at just the light it captures and the textures of the plant gives me a more calming feeling. Happy Monochrome Monday!
