I had this ready last week and thought I had posted it. So a late entry for the "Simple" theme
Poetography: Week 197: Simple.
This was a very simple tart.
I spread a refrigerated crust into a glass pie dish. Then emptied an 8 oz package of mozzerella on the bottom, saving some cheese for garnish. Then put in 2 containers of grape tomato. Sprinkle with italian seasoning, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup olive oil all over. Then the last of the cheese and baked for 20 min at 400 deg.
What surprised me was how SWEET these tomatoes were.
