Sitting pretty in the car park at Toddington is 3807, one of Collett's later updated 28xx 2-8-0 heavy goods locomotives, based on Churchwards 1903 original. This one was built in 1939 at Swindon (where else) and withdrawn from BR Western Region service in 1963.
I used no pocket wizard in this photoshoot. Only the sun lighting, and no reflection boards. Since he is 6 foot to take it above the eye level I got a ladder and took his pictures on the ladder. For the edits I first had it in color and did all the local adjustments to how I liked it with the color balance and whiting his eyes. I then desaturated it all the way because it went along with the simple and classy look.
