Sometimes simple compositions are the best. I like this one a lot, even thought it doesn't have much in it. Just the tree, roots, lake and skyline of a nearing sunset. Do you need more in a landscape photo?
Developed using Adobe Landscape profile in Lightroom and shot with my favorite lens, Tamron 17-28mm f2.8 today at Helvetinjärvi National park. This is the Haukanhieta campsite. No-one camping there at this time of the year thought.

i'm done. i'm done with school for the year. you have no idea how exhausted i was. this whole summer thing has definitely not sunk in yet. I think it will in the next couple of days when the weather warms up and the sun comes out. The sun was out this morning but now it's pretty gloomy.
my sister in law and brother came home and we went strawberry picking. happy summer :)

A myth amongst the denizens of Strata Magna, Vastan roams the land of Strata Magna seemingly aimlessly. No one has heard him speak, nor any use of powers, however from his rare sightings many have noticed his similar colouration to Faroh. Equipped with a simple katana and spear, none have seen him in combat - at least, to live to tell the tale.

This simple photograph allows us to examine the details without distraction. The young woman has her hair confined at the back of her head in a snood, or hairnet. She wears earrings that appear to match the brooch on her collar. Her plain skirt is topped with a contrasting overdress with open skirt front and large buttons with eight-pointed stars on the bodice and side pocket.

This is one of the great views I get to see on my walks on the local trails. The leaves and brush overlook the lake which reflects all the green surrounding it. It is nature's beauty and gives me peace.
