Great evening at the Invisible Dot in Kings Cross. It's the second time I've seen Simon Amstell live and up close and enjoyed him a lot. There's an unexpected touch of authenticity and openess in his humour that I find very attractive. Tonight was no disappointment. And, after putting him right that it was NOT a drawing over a photo, he said it was good. Enjoyed it. And happy to be finding moments to practice drawing almost daily now.

So much beauty in the Mckim building of the Boston public library. It's like an art museum and a library fused together. I've always liked this bust.

Simon cares nothing about the canvas, only that he has some kind of tool to draw with, a stick, ink, brush, anything that can leave a mark.

Dang! I really was in an editing mood today. This picture took me like 3 hours to do!!!!
I really edited the shit out of it, but man, so worth it. I really wanted a picture of Simon without his beanie, and of course I can't use any sims mesh because they are all...too, kept? He's a messy guy (ONLY with his hair though).
Anyways, I love him, even if he belongs to Haylen, I still hold the whip >:D
