Simba and Tabby are mixed breeds with a little wild cat~They are a big part of the Culleton household. Tabby is so loveable and Simba is stealth like when it comes to hunting off your plate! So Happy Birthday to Katherine! One of their biggest fans~

Simba has to go on diazepam for a chronic condition that flares up every 5 months or so. The first night on meds is always... special.
Simba couldn't stand the pressure of worrying whether it'd be Bo or Vonzell that made it to the final round. We all knew that Carrie was going anyway, but while I'm a hand's down Bo fan, Simba had a yen, I think, for Baby V.
A piece I call "Simba My Love" - countless hours went into this one, and I'll share a short blog piece about it a bit later. It was a project during a digital art class that I am taking from a wonderful teacher, so the concept came from him. The main image is a simba I photographed in Serengeti National Park in 2019.
The rest of the composite is made of free stock photos, arranging them, and experimenting and practicing with the digital paintbrush, light, and shadows. It was such an amazing project to work on.
I am constantly learning, practicing, and growing, and I'm so happy there are folks out there who teach their skills to others. I've certainly benefitted from their willingness to teach, over the years, and sure have had some amazing instructors.
