Maldon Iron Works post with conical finial. The arm towards the church is a wooden replacement. It's at TL 7695 1680
A short type (3 feet 6 inches) fingerpost made by Maldon Iron Works. Unusual in that it indicates a road and not a destination. This post was ordered by Essex County Council 17 February 1937. NGR: TQ 52372 98851

At NGR: TL 3220 3444. In fairly good condition although cluttered with additional items. Also fitted to pillar; 2 x 30 MPH speed limit signs, 1 x ‘Worboys’ type arm with ‘Village centre’ legend. 1 x fire hydrant sign and a short Hertfordshire Way arm.
These signs were everywhere, no matter how remote. Distances were infrequently shown, but walking times were always listed.

These have a makers name and date of 2012 on them, so not that old.
A National Cycle Network signpost in the area of "China Town" and the "Gay Village" just south of the city centre.
Several restaurants of various culinary styles can be found in this location.
Signpost not far from Higher Rew Farm where I stayed in the VW Camper for a 2 day walking break enjoyed by Pebbles and myself. The hedgerows are beautiful at this time of year.
