Tucked away on the Rochdale Canal towpath in Manchester is a willow horse called Bess and fox called Bailey.
Made by artist Juliette Hamilton and commissioned by Manchester City Council alongside a Rochdale-based volunteer group, Friends of Rochdale 9 who work to clean up the area and improve the environment.
Felicia passes by The Sideshow on her way home from the medic. She is swarmed by what would appear to be mechanical insects, her good-eye is temporarily blinded by the light radiating from their backsides and she stumbles nearly swallowing her joint.
A cackle of laughter emulates from the large gaping smile of the fun haus...

On this particular Monday night, I attempted to catch train CSO1, but unfortunately, it was a no-show, so train CSO2 would end up being the night's main feature, as opposed to the sideshow it would have been otherwise.
This is a part of "Lowbrow Sideshow", a show made in collaboration with other 4 Romanian artists, Aitch, Sinboy, Sorina Vazelina and Suzana Dan, at Atelierul de Productie - 9 December - 9 January. It was a really cool experience working with all these amazing artists in a huge space, trying to make the best of it.

I ride my bicycle through here at least a couple of times a week and sometimes notice the crazy skid marks on the pavement.
I can't imagine how some of the tighter turns here were made, like the ones in the upper left of the image......

Unfortunately the fact that 37425 was running behind schedule meant that it conflicted with the 12.52 CAR - LAN at Workington.
This train was consisted of a Class 142 ahead of a 153 and the latter helps to frame the only shot available of 2C49 as it departs for Carlisle.
