Back in Ollantaytambo we visited a family's dwelling before doing some last minute shopping. We negotiated a few narrow streets to get to the house.
Weston Bike Nights 24 July 2014
This weekly Thursday meet during the summer is based at the sea front in the sea side resort of Weston Super Mare, North Somerset, UK.
It is organised by the Riders Branch of the British legion, all bike donate £1 to enter and all proceeds go the charity The Poppy Appeal.
Images can be obtained for a donation of £5 per image, the full image will then be e-mailed to you.
Either send donation via paypal stating the images wanted to bikenightphotos@btinternet.com or send a e-mail to bikenightphotos@btinternet.com with your request and a paypal invoice will be e-mailed to you allowing you to make a secure donation via debit/credit card.
All proceeds will go to the charity being supported by the event The Poppy Appeal

Side entrance to the partially destroyed nave of the Saint-Honorat church in the Alyscamps with a portal from later times.
"This church in the Provençal Romanesque style was built in the 12C on the remains of an older pre-Romanesque one. Some elements are dating from later times, Gothic and even Baroque.
Construction started in the middle of the 12th century preserving the walls of the original nave. The building, made entirely of blocks of stone, received an apse with three chapels and a robust two-storey crossing tower.
The nave was not completed. The building was abandoned at the beginning of the 13th century for lack of funds. A courtyard occupies now the space where the nave was to be built. Only the last, eastern one, of the five planned bays and the south wall of the fourth were built."
Alyscamps is a large Roman necropolis, one of the most famous necropolises of the ancient world.

Brake backing plate with no hole for Shoe retaining pin. Richard Atwell said that these retaining pins were unneccessary. Puts my mind at ease :)
Not only a broken self-portrait, but also a misused inner description of the car. I like this photo though, it is simply terrible, everything is so disordered on it, and in spite of this there's the air of deliberateness and want of art. Here you can see a reflection on the roof of the car.

The chestnut-sided warbler (Setophaga pensylvanica) is a New World warbler. They breed in eastern North America and in southern Canada westwards to the Canadian Prairies. They also breed in the Great Lakes region and in the eastern United States.
