Side view....

I don't know why I took this picture...

A side view of the Arch of Constantine, with the Colosseum in the background. The Arch of Constantine is the largest of three triumphal arches in Rome; it was built to honor Emperor Constantine's victory over Maxentius at the Battle of Milvian Bridge (in 312 AD) and was completed in 315 AD. Much of the sculptures and reliefs that decorate the arch were repurposed from 2nd century imperial monuments. (During our visit, half of the arch was covered in scaffolding; so most of my photos are either side views -- as in this pic -- or closeup shots of some of the details.)

A little shoot with Fairchildren's Meital, Jericho's one sided love interest.

They're very good friends nevertheless.

Met Fred Johns this morning and we took a little trip along Reed Furnace Road. It was a dreary morning and the rain came in just after 9:00 am but we managed to get a few shots in before we got rained out!

Working on some side projects tonight with my assistant in the background.

This classic-styled end table was fabricated with elegance in mind. A simple, 3 legged curved design with a 4" steel ball connector holds a 21" diameter light-colored travertine top. Sturdy yet rather light weight, it can be placed on the side of a sofa or couch. Top is sealed, so it is perfect for ashtrays or drinks. This finish is a bit different than our usual blackened steel. It has a slight amber hue within the black and slightly rubbed so the edges of the cold rolled steel "pop" to accentuate its flowing lines. Protected in a satin lacquer finish.

Again, amazingly, nobody was seriously hurt.
