I love this - if there was ever a picture that sums up Jess it's this :-)

My official photographer for the project, John D. Goodman. His photos were much better than mine, as can be seen in the cover story we had published in the Santa Barbara Independent.

He went straight to Afghanistan after spending five months in Iraq.

The large wheels are attached to my exercise bike and elliptical trainer. If I use them regularly, they will improve my own little world.
