We're all guilty.

My teenager (the genius behind the Alyns) and I drove out to Red Rock to watch the sunrise this morning. The scenic drive did not open at 6 AM as we expected, so we had to choose an alternate vantage point to watch the sun rise on the new year. It was still a beautiful morning, because I got to share it with my daughter.

February 4, 2019 – Leftover Chicken.

A Monday at home, not particularly nice outside, and a leftover rotisserie chicken in the fridge. So… chicken and rice soup it is. Enough for supper and lots for the freezer too.
