Shrink it and pink it

The band at the upper part of the cliff is the ancient beach line. The ocean has been shrinking for thousands of years. It's not visible in the photo but I saw hundreds of seashells imbedded in this band at the top of the cliff. Compare this to what many people believe today, that the oceans are rising. Who knows? Maybe thousands of years from now the ocean may rise to the level it once was. (Photo taken during high tide).
