These are TINY shells from Australia. I love them!

Experiment - I might have to do this over again, as it is bugging me at the already!

Shell. Just because of the beauty of it.

Beaches are always an inspiration with so much going on on the sand, here two simple shells grabbed my attention

- South Senegal

this is done with ballpoint pen, it is a two page spread from my current sketchbook

My collection of shells lined themselves up like this after rolling about and being bunched up and one end, then the other, with the occasional escapee.

It is what it is, a Shell station at night.

Visit Britain shows how, from the 1920s, Shell took the whole of Britain as inspiration for one of its most effective advertising campaigns, effectively encouraging people to get out in their cars and enjoy the pleasures of the countryside.

Shell

Circa 1990's...

It turns out that there was quite a bit of shell behind the cascade on the second terrace.

Several Decades ago, the Oil Co Shell, put out a number of series of cards. They also sold albums to put these cards in. Everytime you went to Shell for petrol, or anything else, they gave you some cards. The idea was to collect the whole lot, and generally they were most obliging in allowing you to go through the box, to get the cards you were missing.

I only have the Transport Card series left, the others have been long thrown out.

I have scanned each page. This is part 1.
