On this occasion the grass is (slightly) greener on THIS side of the fence. South Downs near Bepton, West Sussex.
The sheep on both Skye and Harris & Lewis are everywhere, gorgeous animals and quite inquisitive. And yes you will often meet them on the roads.
all twin lambs born over the last few days have died . Some sheep have also been suffocated in snow drifts
My husband feeding the sheep on June, 22 2023. There's no sound. I took the sound away. We've been talking stuff and there was wind.
Shot in on a Donegal hillside these sheep stopped and stared and followed me. Not sure if they were being protective or looking for food. But it helps me get some nice shots.

I like sheep.
I like to watch them.
They make me smile.
I like their friendly nature.
Sometimes if you sit quiet they will come to you.
I like the sounds they make, the smell and feel of their wool and the stubbly hair on their heads.
Birds like to use their wool in their nests, so sometimes when I’m out walking I collect bits to put in the garden for them to find.
Cats like it too, they like the smell and they like to play with it.
1 sheep, 2 sheep, 3 sheep, ... .
That looks correct.
It's a beautiful Monday morning. Or Tuesday? Or Wednesday? For the sheep, all days were the same, and for Simon the shepherd, actually, too. Together with his sister Sarah they started a sheep farm here in Damaborg. From MAESTRO they got a nice piece of land at the end of the settlement, Near the wooden ramparts. Which was ideal, because under the walkways Simon made stalls for his sheep.
So it was a nice morning. In the distance, some murmurs sounded and marching footsteps approached.

Sarah recognized the voice, dropped everything, and ran to the fence of the fence.

Maarten had just returned from a reconnaissance mission. Along with a reconnaissance company, he marched to The Intelligence Headquarters. He received permission from Captain Bert to leave the marching procession and go to his wife Sarah already. He has so many experiences and news to tell his wife and brother-in-law.
On this trip to Ireland, the rental car I was driving was a VERY small white compact. The moment I parked the car by the side of this fence, the entire herd of sheep walked over in a line from the other side of the pasture. I think they thought the mother of all sheep had come home
While driving through the Tasmanian countryside we saw these interesting looking sheep. We stopped to take photos. Later when I was looking at the photos I noticed that all the sheep were surrounded with a circle of light.
The photo has not been adjusted, it must be something to with the ends of the strands of wool.
Bighorn Sheep also known as Ovis canadensis in Glacier National Park. Hiking around Logan Pass on the Going to the Sun Road almost always offers a view of Bighorn Sheep as well as other animals.
