The Loyalists under Lt Sheheen and their cart encounter some angry civilians. There was a chance that one of the displaced persons would recognize some of the Loyalists as being involved in removing them from their homes. 1/6 chance of instant recognition, 1/6 that they looked familiar and would cause the civies to follow them for a turn before recognition occurs (that is what happened). The commotion alerted the Rebel militia that something was gong on and on the subsequent turn one of the upset civies ran to the outpost to tell the patriots what was up.
