The Installation SHARP program concluded its month-long Toiletries Drive for the Harford County SARC and presented the items during a Sept. 2 gathering near the SHARP Resource Center at Bldg. 4305. APG Senior Commander Maj. Gen. Bruce T. Crawford led the ceremonial passing of the donated toiletries to SARC community outreach coordinator Megan Paice.

Jack Usrey, executive officer to the Assistant Secretary of the Army and sexual assault survivor, shares his story to attendees of the 3rd annual Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Summit Aug. 2-3, 2016, at the Golden Lion conference center, Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy. Usrey also talks about his experiences in identifying events that trigger flashbacks, during the two-day summit. Next up on my journey home to Hampshire (07/02/2025) was a look in at Sharpes of Langar. Their coach fleet is made up of absolutely immaculate Van Hool coaches and has got to be one of the best presented in the UK. Simple as that!

Today I was able to test the Tamron 150-600mm in very cold weather. It was 7° Fahrenheit with a well below 0 wind-chill. This is at least a month earlier than I was expecting. The lens performed perfectly both autofocus and vibration control performed perfectly. The cold had no effect on the lens that I could see.

Rising pro woman's surf star Lakey Peterson won the Nike US Open in Huntington Beac Pier!
She had a couple perfect 10's and a near perfect heat! Lakey's 19.76 was the highest heat score at the 2012 US Open in Huntington Beach, for both men's and woman's!
