I love this woman! She is now a proud great-grandmother for the third time. And now I've seen all her grandbabies and great-grands. So sweet. Welcome, teeny tiny Baby Eric (2 lbs!).

Signage on the Interurban Rail Trail in suburban Saanich, north of Victoria, is bright, visible and uses familiar images and language. Where trails serve transportation functions, signage should be consistent with road sigange.
Pacific Crest Trail leading east from Hawkins Saddle. Private hike to Mount Hawkins, where we eventually met up with the regulars from the Local Hikes group.
