S:ta Clara kyrka, in Stockholm

The Church of Saint Clare or Klara Church (Swedish: Klara kyrka) is a church in central Stockholm.

The Church of Saint Clare is located on Klara Västra Kyrkogata in the Klara area in lower Norrmalm. The graveyard, which has had the same location since the 17th century, is almost surrounded by modern buildings.

The convent and church of St. Clare was founded on the site in 1280s. Gustav Vasa had the church and convent torn down in 1527 and construction of the current church started in 1572 under Johan III.

Santa Isabel, junto a Shape.

I made this work for my Foundation Design and Introduction to Shape & Form course in Bezalel.

The task was creating a new shape and combining it 3 times in order to make another new shape.

Here you can see the 16 final shapes that I chose. I made this project with Illustrator CS5.

Taken in the Municipal Cemetery, Punta Arenas, Chile.

Granite boulders at the water's edge. The large one on the left is about six feet tall.

These were left behind when the last ice age retreated, around 10,000 years ago, after having been worn smooth by the grinding and pummeling action of the ice sheet's movements.

Taken in 1981, at City Point, Vinalhaven, Maine, scanned in from the Kodachrome slide.

Matriz de Xilogravura - shape de skateboard.

To make this Shape in Photoshop do this:

To make this shape, make a 5 inch high, 7 inch wide rectangle on a transparent background.

Click your Pen tool in the lower left corner.

Now position your Pen Tool on the 3.5 inch mark about 1/3rd up from the bottom.

Hold the Shift key and drag it to the right side

Now click the Pen Tool in the top right corner. This should give you a smooth curved line from bottom left to top right.

Now put the Pen Tool at 3.5 inches about 1/3rd down from the top, hold down the Shift key and drag to the left side.

Now click in the lower left corner.

There is your figure. To make it a selection, right click on it and click the Make a Selection.

Now that it is a Selection put a color into it and you are ready to use it on your 3D.

Doesn’t this make you wonder why you don’t use the Pen Tool all the time?

Seems like it wouldn't be difficult to 3D print this kind of shapes...
