McCall's 6566; ©1962; Misses' Dress with Slim or Full Skirt. Six-way dress with dart fitted bodice and slim three-gore skirt, or flared and side gathered four-gore skirt. Dress may have jewelry neckline or lower neck; long, short or three-quarter length, set-in sleeves. Slim skirt has gathers at side front, darts and pleat at back. Center back zipper closing, zippers in long sleeve openings.

The tailored blouse in view 1 has buttons down the front and has a small round collar. The three quarter length sleeves are gathered into a band and feature rounded cuffs. The sleeveless blouse in view 2 features two pockets on the front. The full skirt, both views, is softly pleated around the waistline.

1972. Lined dress with skirt stitched to bodice above normal waistline has back zipper, and long set-in sleeves. V1 and 2 with lowered round neckline and bias trim have lined, detachable train. V1 features lace insertion trim. V2 has lace bodice, sleeves and train. V3 with high round neckline and "stand-up" collar has two-piece "leg-of-mutton" sleeves and optional lace daisy medallion and button trim.

Since I've been stuck inside a lot lately, overstressed from virus paranoia, and now, literally prevented from going to my day job, I've been messing around using graphics editing software to make better graphics for my Etsy shop.
I've been using a combination of GIMP and Autodesk Sketchbook to make interesting and attractive thumbnail photos for things for sale in my shop.
It's quite relaxing and I'm quickly becoming more adept at using the software.

The lace-trimmed slip buttons at the shoulder. The kimono and sacque are secured athe neck edge with ribbon ties. The sleeping garment has raglan sleeves and a ribbon tie, which draws up the fullness. The bunting features a slide fastener closing and ribbon ties. The hood joins to a capelet which buttons at the center front. Satin ribbon is used for binding.
