The sun was setting on a recovering overcast day (seriously, horrendously gloom as if the sun hasn't been seen for years overcast, only 2 hours after glorious blue skies and very warming sunshine!) and the colours were glorious (blue skies and orange clouds). I was intrigued as to how this would turn out in monochrome. I've done clouds before, but it really was the colour which drew my attention. So I went for some trees to act as a silhouette for contrast and decided to colourise the monochrome to try and match the cloud colour. Its close, but still doesn't have the same impact I feel. Still, a good lesson of what makes a picture.
