If you have do not approach it as it is armed with my snorkel and dangerous. Why you ask? Allow me to explain.
Well folks, I may be one of the few people on Earth that has actually been attacked by a turtle. tongue emoticon
While on a night dive I was called over by the group of divers I was with. They'd found a turtle. Boy was I excited. I followed it around, snapping a couple of pics.
Once I snapped the picture featured here the turtle immediately swam up close to my lens port and head butted it. It then swam a circle and, without me even having time to grasp what was about to happen, torpedoed into my head. The scariest part was that this guy turned around to come back at me again. I quickly put my hand over my torch so it couldn't see me and swam toward the dive lights of my buddies.
I didn't realize until I surfaced later, but it hit me so hard that it took my snorkel with it. Getting a snorkel out of the clip is no easy feat, so just know how hard it hit me.
Lesson to learn? Don't piss off a sleepy turtle by flashing it repeatedly in the face. tongue emoticon

The setting sun not just symbolizes the end of our journey across the wonderful jungle country but also the end of quaint little trains in this part of the world. We may see a rail bus running, but the YDM4s and the clickety-clack track sounds, and brown-liveried coaches, and the incandescent bulbs, will be missed forever.
