Sequin

I covered the entire surface of a pair of shoes with sequins.

Wat Chom Sawan, Phrae, Thailand

Wat Chom Sawan, a Burmese architectural style temple which combines hall for religious rituals and monk’s living quarters. Antiques found here include marble Buddha statues, statues made from woven bamboos coated with lacquer and ivory sculpture slabs with Burmese scripts. This attractive wat was constructed by a group of migrant Tai Yai, or Shan, teak workers in the early 20th century and is regarded as one of the best examples of its kind remaining in Thailand.

Señor Sequins was made for my friend Jason. This was the first one made with sequins to add a bit of sparkle to the details.
