These are a few of the title plates for my Weaveworld Title Sequence, produced to indicate how the finished animated version might look.
I've been kind of exploring the capabilities of photography lately. Just doing everything I can to push my camera's functions to the limit. For all 5 of these exposures, my camera was at an ISO of 6400, Shutter speed of 1/8000, and aperture of f/2.8. I was absolutely amazed at the things I was able to capture, and I felt that I needed to share this incredible sequence. The grain was awful (obviously it would be at an ISO of 6400), so I edited the photographs to make it "work" so to say.
The Image itself is absolutely HUGE, so I hope to print it out at some point at its full size of 9" x 42"!
Photography 101 sequence film photography project.
This is all made by hand, with chemical in the lab. We used an old door in the location. The second image was exposed on the paper not pasted.
The paintings are made WITHOUT BRUSHES. It's fingerpainting with oils!! I was very nervous about this at first but it was actually really enjoyable. I wore gloves for the first 3 and then took them off for the last 2.
Removal of the tape will create a clean "frame" around each painting.
sequence of photos of the girls i babysit for. they had never had an ice cream cone from an actual ice cream truck, so we chased one down and i treated them to one.
