The Yellow-throated Warbler (Setophaga dominica) is a beautiful small songbird that breeds in the southeastern US. They winter in Florida, US, Gulf of Mexico coast in southern Texas, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

One of my early morning jaunts in the Eden Valley back in September. En-route home I couldn't help but stop for a snap, especially with the sun is breaking through the canopy.

Knots in Izzy's garden lead. We think that part of her lead was also part of our first cat's lead we used when we went camping. It may well have included a knot or two. It also makes them very old knots! But, we do know that Tigger, our last cat used it too.

11.15am on, a bright and sunny, Saturday 11th September 2021 with 'Rods Down' sees 'Home Fleet Pristine Locomotives' LMSR Ivatt
2-6-2T No. 41241 pilot BR Standard 2MT 2-6-0 No. 78022 with a six coach train (including Pullman Travel - third coach) travelling South and working hard when climbing the steep embankment approaching Oakworth - with the Ex Keighley 10.50am service for Oxenhope.
Llyn Gwynant is a lake in Snowdonia, Wales.
Llyn Gwynant lies on the River Glaslyn, in the Nant Gwynant valley, and is about 1¼ miles (2 km) north east of Llyn Dinas; the village of Bethania lies between them.
Snowdon lies 2 miles (3 km) to the north west. The lake is natural, having been formed by glacial action and is 120 acres (50 hectares) in size. It is a popular place for canoeing and kayaking with easy access from the A498 road which runs along its south bank.
It was used as a filming location in the 2003 film 'Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life'.
