The freezing tray is made of stainless steel, which is used for collecting final production and put it in the blast freezer to frozen the chicken.It normally holded with the freezing carts.
The dimension is variable according to the size of freezing carts.

Normally each freezing carts can hold about 28pcs of freezing tray, the loading capacity is about 300 to 500KG

Welcome to the Moon Base Outpost! This is the 4th entry in my "Rainbow Outposts" series (1st: Castle (Red), 2nd: Pirates (Blue), 3rd: Western (Orange)). Green may not be the most traditional color for classic space, but I had already used red and blue, and felt that out of all "classic" themes space was the best fit for this color. I had 2 goals with this model: to include as much NPU as possible and really embrace the whole "green" theme with some green technology. Look at all sides of the model and you'll find some neat details, such as an authentic (albeit cut and taped) LEGO bag to form the greenhouse, a functional LEGO education solar panel, a brick separator and real motor built into the walls, a huge radar dish and communications tower, and even an alien autopsy.
ALE used a conventional trailer to transport a 120te Separator for an FPSO being fitted out in Singapore.

*About Jiangsu Fanqun XF Boiling Dryer
GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS
Boiling dryer is also called as fluidized - bed. I t consists of air filter, heater, fluidized - bed main machine, feeder, cyclone separator, cloth bag duster, high-pressure centrifuge fan and operation table. Because the properties of raw materials exist difference, when equip the dust removing equipment, it should consider the practical need. It can select cyclone separator and cloth bag duster at the same time or one of them. In general speaking, it needs to select cyclone separator only for raw material that is large in specific gravity and cloth bag duster for powder and small granule raw materials that is light in specific gravity. Meanwhile there is air feeding device and belt conveyor for selection.
Separated granule solid raw material is fed into fluidized-bed drier through feeder. Fresh air through filtering and heating is sent to the bottom of fluidized-bed by fan and contacts with solid raw material on distributing plate. In this way the fluidized state is formed and the heat exchange between air and solid is carried out. The dried raw material is discharged from outlet and wasted gas is exhausted from the top of fluidized-bed where catches solid powder through cyclone separator, cloth bag duster.Steam, electricity or hot air furnace can be used (it can be supplied as request).
It is suitable for drying separated granule such as, raw material of pharmaceutical industry, tablet, tablet of drink of Chinese traditional medicines; plastic resin, citric acid, other powder and granule of chemical industry, powder of drink, corn embryo feed of foodstuff industry and so on. The Max diameter of raw material to be dried will 6 mm and the best diameter will be 0.5~3 mm.

Automatic production can be realized. The dryer has a continuous drying. It features high drying speed and low drying temperature. In conformity with the requirements of GMP, the dryer can guarantee the quality of products.

Back lip like the Lego one to get under tiles, etc.
Left and right are for pins and axle pins. Again Lego's separator has the axle like one on top.
The front is to get off plates but having it like this makes leverage sometimes difficult since you have to mount it onto the studs vertically.

I decided to add a cyclone dust separator to my woodwork shop vacuum. It is brilliant as it stops most of the dust etc getting through to the shop vacs filter. Therefore stopping it getting blocked up and needing constant cleaning. I self built it from a bucket i bought for £5, the rest of the stuff used was lying around the garage.
