This was made for Utata's "Picture This" project. A title is given, "Separation Anxiety" in this case, and a photo must be made based on your interpretation of that.
I feel I need to explain this because a very sweet and dear friend of mine sent me an email of concern after seeing this photo.
I feel bad that this friend thinks I'm truly going through something (because my boo is out of town??) for whatever reason.
Sweet friend, your concern for me is a wonderful thing and I treasure it, but I'm having an amazing time!

This is the fountain at Vigeland Park in Oslo, Norway. I was fascinated by the way the water flowed seamlessly over the side only to suddenly separate into chaos at a fixed circumference.

Probably the same look Hunter Thompson got in that infamous Las Vegas lounge.
In reality this is the only lizard that I've seen that lives in Jersey, since it gets a little too cold here in winter for creepy crawly things.
I liked the little guy, and I think he liked me too, since it was he who decided to climb up to the top of the log and check me out. And then after he decided I was no threat, put on a little show for me
kinda like Wayne Newton, though in this case there was no singing.
A couple of X-tubes were used with the 300 so I was a bit closer than the 1.86m mentioned in the EXIF.
Hint: Aside from getting closer the X-tubes also help to blur the BG for better separation.
* The Big Huge Labs View On Black algorithm allows the use of browser magnification to magnify images on the screen (i.e. the [Ctrl]+[+] key combination will make the image larger,
and [Ctrl]+[-] will reduce the displayed image size when used with Microsoft browsers).
However, since the browser magnification function is working with the "Large" size file (not the "Original" full resolution file) this technique does not increase resolution, and the image will degrade quickly if you "pump it up" too much!

Spoons are much better at breaking off bite sized pieces of ice cream. They allow greater forces to be applied, and the break is much cleaner.
Washington DC, June 1, 2017. Around two hundred and fifty immigration rights activists from CASA and other human rights groups gathered in Lafayette Square in front of the White House for a rally, march and sitdown protest in response to rising repression by the Trump Administration. Over the past twelve days Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) has targeted and detained four prominent CASA members and threatened them with deportation and cruel family separations. The ICE actions are viewed by CASA and their allies as a systematic attack on the organization. Today's protest concluded with a peaceful civil disobedience sitdown on the sidewalk in front of the White House by twenty activists who were arrested and released after ritualistic prearranged processing by the U.S. Park Police.

C'est le grand et beau mystère de la mort du corps si difficile à appréhender et qui nous fait peur.
Mais si nous l'acceptons, si nous le recevons dedans, le transcendant, alors la MORT se fait amie, et elle nous révèle une part importante de son secret, qui nous transforme.

C'est ICI que nos chemins se séparent, dans cet accompagnement pour toi, que j'ai fait avec tout mon coeur.
