one day, while i was busy working on the bookkeeping at my office, she was in her room. i went check on her, she was very focused on her book, the Sesame Street dictionary. i was so happy that she can entertain herself without "engaging me".
after a long while, she came to me with her lovey in her hand, looking for comfort. i looked at her, her eyes were all teary. i asked her what happened? she said, big bird is sad because he didn't get any mails. I couldn't get what was the story so i asked her to show me.
this was the page she showed me. my goodness, they did a good job, i admitted this is a very expressive picture. she added, "he even sniff, it makes me even more sad"

Artist Peggy Ahwesh’s City Thermogram, a portrait of the urban everyday through the lens of a heat-sensitive camera, will warm up Times Square’s signage from 11:57 pm to midnight each night in April. Using innovative technology, the piece recasts our ‘photographic’ world into one of unexpected revelations about our bodies, energy sources and personal devices. While this technology is usually used for scientific purposes, in Ahwesh’s hands the camera reveals the dynamism of the human body and offers a heat-based visualization of the electrical power grid that we all operate within.
This Midnight Moment is in partnership with Moving Image, a video, film and new media art fair that took place March 5-8, 2015 at the Waterfront Tunnel event space in Chelsea.

A visit to Dad's house often means photographing flowers, whether they're in his greenhouse, the bow window of his living room, or his yard. This is a blossom of the star magnolia tree, out front. When Dad saw me with my camera, he seemed glad. The heavy rain would soon knock off the petals, he said.

This extremely moisturizing soap bar is vegan, scent and color free. The flowers are organic silk and were pre-washed to remove any dyes that may be set free when exposed to water.
To study the chemistry of dications we have built a unique piece of apparatus that allows us to make beams of the doubly-charged ions under diffuse conditions that mimic interstellar space, and to collide them with neutral molecules. We then detect and identify the pairs of single charged ions formed from any chemistry that occurs in these collisions. The design of the apparatus allows the detection of the products from the reaction of an individual dication, even though the dications are very small (diameters of millionths of a millimetre) and only live for about a hundred thousandth of a second.
