what makes Mia sad?

one day, while i was busy working on the bookkeeping at my office, she was in her room. i went check on her, she was very focused on her book, the Sesame Street dictionary. i was so happy that she can entertain herself without "engaging me".

 

after a long while, she came to me with her lovey in her hand, looking for comfort. i looked at her, her eyes were all teary. i asked her what happened? she said, big bird is sad because he didn't get any mails. I couldn't get what was the story so i asked her to show me.
