I really wanted to get fancy and have the blades flare out from the crown to the axle but I'd really like to complete it prior to my son graduating college.
A selection of photos put together in a grid. These were taken as part of a project exploring the body. I focused on its differences and simalarities-for example finding scars, blemishes and different muscles/bone structures in a range of individuals.

Using a Teensy++ to drive one of four seven segment displays. For this prototype the wiring is messy freeform and the LEDs are just all in parallel per segment.
Turned out that i couldn’t come to the party, even though Marco wanted to fly me in.
Marco does a lot of video editing, nowadays. So i made the movie in segments, on the iPad, and he will piece it together.

Later, i’ll put in the full movie. It will be shown to the Party crowd on a big screen, as usual. It’s just over two minutes.
It will be as if i flew in to be there, myself.

I couldn’t fly in ( my stamina is limited * ), so i made the movie as a substitute for being there.
Having to pass on the flight was too bad. The costal flight, north along the water’s edge of California, would have been a dream come true for someone, sitting in the copilot seat.!
The pilot was to be Deja’s brother. Oh boy. *
* - I was going to fly, but then had the usual second thoughts.:
The ideas of a flight is to save the ‘work’ of getting up to Marco’s studio in Petaluma. But for me, with a chronic condition that has been with me since i was 31, even flying there is work.
