Day 7/7 - August 26th - Day 7 - Platform 9 & 3/4.. have you forgotten something maybe?
The time had finally come, Alex joined by his brother Riley had made it to Platform 9 3/4 just on time. If Alex had forgotten something, it was too late!
The platform was loud with the cacophony of students running around and parents patiently waiting for their children to board the train. Alex coughed a couple of times as the steam from the train filled his lungs. He swatted it away with his hand.
Looking up at his brother, who had come to wave him off, Alex couldn't help but fail to hide his grin. "Bet it seems a while since you last boarded... now that you're old!" Riley quipped a smile, pretending to ignore Alex's attempt. He simply tapped his watch, "Don't get ahead of yourself, you've only got two more years left yourself."
Alex's face drooped a little, realising it was true, in a couple of years time he'd no longer be a student and would probably have to wear a suit like Riley. He shook the thought from his head as soon as it had entered.
Riley then asked if Alex had everything, to which Alex nodded, "I've got everything I need!" He exclaimed confidently, crossing his arms. Riley teased, "Are you sure?" Alex nodded again, less confidently, as he visualised everything he had packed into his trunk. "Erm... I'm just going to check again." He said before proceeded to rummage through his trunk to be safe...

Belial Siraei had eyes that were drowned in shadows. Brows knitted like an overtight stitch. A stormcloud that brewed in the dark onyx eyes that hid behind soft lashes. The kettle was set on to boil but he didn't rest. A teacup pulled from the little collection. A strainer of loose tea filled with a scoop. No sugar or honey. Just tea, and a little pitcher of creamer beside it. Dark nailed hands seemed awfully busy; collecting them himself a scone. Plain butter, and spreading it with a thick layer of jam. Both sides. Then a generous dollop of cream. Under his breath he spoke quietly to himself in a tongue that was not English. Belial lifted his eyes; locking his gaze directly on the soft eyes of Lysandra, where they remained as the kettle began to whistle.
Lysandra Jane Prescott quietly, without a single move and almost afraid to breathe, she watched. Just watched. The way he prepared himself a snack, the way he made his tea, the way he was constantly muttering to himself... it almost felt like watching a film, as if she had the gift of invisibility and she could just watch people being completely natural, like they always were without extra pairs of eyes watching their every move.
Belial Siraei didn't speak. His eyes watched her, for a long moment before he turned back to pull the whistling kettle from the heat. Silence didn't hang though; as he began to prepare a second cup. Just as before, tea in, and then, water. A soft slosh came as both cups were filled and added with creamer, before the boy set a tray down to carry them, and the little plate of treats. He, at the last moment, added another few things; a cookie, and what he assumed was a fruit danish. With his wand, a non-verbal cast was set on the tray, of which was guided gently downward toward her and then settled beside her with a little thud. Still unspoken, Belial's long legs curled up into a pretzel beside her, his knee gently brushing against her before a big hand reached around to rest on her opposite arm, and then, try and pull her in with a flop against him. "I am sorry."

Lars Stangeland felt Gabriel looking at him, and shot him a knowing look, and a nod in return. Then he grinned widely over at Golovin, looking much younger, more the boy he was than the man he insisted he be, allowing his Headmaster to be in charge, once more, trusting him. He held the cup in the air, "FUR DURMSTRANG!" he yelled.
Magnus Laufreyn throws an arm around Stangeland's shoulder and shouts "JAAAA!" as he tackle hugs the Champion, if it can even be called a "hug", but the motivation is genuine as is the enthusiasm. Rough though he is, Magnus is careful enough not to knock the goblet out of Lars' hand. "Stangeland, fy fan... you brilliant bastard! Du kämpade för din frihet... för Durmstrang... och Golovin. Jävlar..."
Lars Stangeland lets out an 'oof!' as Magnus half-hug, half-beats him up, but laughs, walloping the boy on his shoulder, and ruffling his hair.
