I happened to be nearby, so I thought I'd swing by to see the right wing activists demonstrating with guns.
This is the view of the protesters and the media for their group picture. The gun advocates held their demonstration here because it's the closest they could get to the Capitol without being subject to DC's gun regulations. Coverage from the Washington Post.

Thousands of people, led by a gleaming white coffin, marched across the Brooklyn Bridge on June 2 to protest the high level of gun violence in the United States and demand stricter gun controls. The march was part of a national day of action against gun violence.
