This was in my sisters barn, second story of it. Looking into the hole you can see the entrance into the bottom floor with then leads to a ladder to the second story. Apparently, I was the first to go up here and I got REALLY EXCITED. It reminded me of being younger. Exploring parts that havent been seen before.. Finding strange objects on the ground.. It gave me a sense of nostalgia to be there!

🐼 Another great place at Namsan Tower (N서울타워) that you can visit for free is Namsan Seoul Tower Plaza (남산서울타워 플라자).
There are large character figures from Aurora World (오로라월드) here - Korean mascots that are very popular in Korea. The figures are made with very high quality, and even after several years outdoors they still look great and well maintained.
🐒 YooHoo (유후)
YooHoo is a galago monkey, the main character and leader of the team. He is fair, kind and optimistic, sometimes playful and stubborn.
🐼 Lin Lin (린린)
Lin Lin is a panda mascot created by Aurora World. His image was inspired by Ling Ling, a male giant panda who lived at Ueno Zoo in Tokyo, Japan from 1992 to 2008. He was a symbol of friendship between Japan and China and was considered the oldest panda in the country at the time of his death at the age of 22.
🏢 Aurora World (오로라월드)
Founded in 1981 in South Korea.
One of the largest toy manufacturers in the world.
Toy line
The YooHoo & Friends franchise was launched in 2007 as a series of collectible plush animals with big eyes and fluffy tails. The concept was based on rare and endangered animal species (such as galago, ring-tailed lemur and others).
🎬 Animated series
The success of the toys led to the creation of an animated series in 2009. Later, various adaptations were released, including the Netflix version titled YooHoo to the Rescue (2019).
🌍 Environmental message
One of the main goals of the franchise is to educate children about environmental protection and the conservation of endangered wildlife.
This area is specially designed as a photo zone and walking terrace.
You can simply come here, sit, walk around and take photos without buying a ticket to the tower.
From here you can see Seoul from the other side of Namsan - not the tourist center, but more residential parts of the city.
You can also see another tower from here - not a tourist one, but a working TV and radio communication tower serving the city.

Unpaid Care Work - Unveiling the Invisible Labor Performed by Women in Bangladesh
Unpaid household work, ranging from caregiving to cooking, cleaning and other domestic work, is predominantly shouldered by women. While unpaid care and domestic work are essential for economies to function, it is largely unrecognized, undervalued and unremunerated. The unequal distribution of care and domestic work limits women’s opportunities for paid employment, contributes to their overall time poverty and affects their well-being. Failure to consider these factors can lead to ineffective economic, social and environmental policies. For a country ranked among the most climate-vulnerable, the effects of climate change have further compounded the unraveling care crisis since the COVID-19 pandemic in Bangladesh. These photographs showcase various forms and mediums of unpaid care work to strengthen public advocacy on recognizing women’s unpaid work and equitable redistribution of care responsibilities through visual storytelling.
