Although it is warm and humid still, the leaves are starting to turn. It's still possible to look the other way, but I couldn't ignore one pretty green leaf tinged with crimson and yellow on my path yesterday , so I picked it up and brought it home.

It's another paint roulette day: winsor orange, burnt sienna, cobalt turquoise with a smidgen of alizarin crimson.
