Took zillion photos and it still doesn't look right. Taking a photo of a black mosaic is too demanding...

In front is a Mew Gull (brachyrhynchus) with a slight tail band and behind is a strange gull. Unfortunately, these are the only photos I have. The tail is very out of range for brachyrhynchus and the wing coverts seem to have a 'muted' feel to them. It did feel like a bigger MEGU in person.
Remembrance Sunday 2020 this year was not open to the punlic due to Covid 19. The event was instead live streamed and participants followed socail distancing guidelines

The Second Severn Crossing, a 3 mile bridge constructed in 1996 carrying the M4 motorway between Wales and England.
