This was at the end of our street.

Trying out a super-portable (i.e. pocket sized) macro set up. A 20x jewellers loupe held up to my IXUS.

I estimate the red dot on the lichen to be roughly 0.2 mm across.

(Ctbullt) - 'Wizards! Scrying and maps are so last Ice Age! Everyone knows that if you wanna find something you use the 'net! NOW'!

So... Having done some scrying work, this is what I've come up with.

Theoretical and hands-on Workshop exploring the obscure, crystal and liquid electromagnetic world which surrounds us.

One of my absolutely favorite pictures. It is even my work computer's desktop wallpaper. I found a wee fae sitting on the edge of this scrying bowl. It was inactive until she visited and now it shows pictures of Ucello Poultry.

Another piece of WizKids history: this is the bulletin board I used to track places and characters while I was writing daily entries for the Scrying Chamber (http://www.wizkidsgames.com/mageknight/chamber/). This picture was taken the day I wrote my final entry and handed the duty off to Brook Willeford, who took over as MageKnight lead designer when I moved over to HeroClix.

A unique design, described by its creator as completely impractical. You can follow the development of this great sculpture at the Unwheeldy website.

I guess this would be my second favorite page.

The armor of Perseus, in the scrying pool, is based on a series of paintings by "second generation" Pre-Raphaelite Sir Edward Coley Burne-Jones and his work is the dominant influence on this story's artwork

(Chairman) 'My Super Mega Magic Whatsit will find Morcar for us'!

(Ctbullt) 'What IS that'?

(Chairman) 'Well it's NOT Morcar'!

If anyone wants a "story" around this, think of a crystal ball and scrying into the customer's future. Which, in this case, may involve a burning house.....
