A quick scribble on the sewing machine.... very enjoyable.

I have made the eyes out of the inside of old envelopes. I usually have a pile of these on one side when I'm painting and I clean my brushes on them.

These recent cards are not ones I intend to sell as they have been very quicky made out of scraps.

The truth is that I am in the middle of a difficult "Evolution" project and these cards are a way of lightening up ( and practicing work avoidance).

They will go on my stock pile for use when a quick note is called for.

Human parotid glands contain acinar cells that secrete water and digestive enzymes into the lumens of the hierarchical salivary ductal tree. Ductal cells are highly polarized and are abundant in scribble proteins (red) known to associate with polarization complexes in epithelial cells. The polarized ductal system and acini are surrounded by basement membranes highlighted by basally located β1 integrin anchoring proteins (green). Organization of human salivary stem/progenitor cells (hS/PCs) expressing scribble and β1 integrin in our 3D culture system is a critical step in our mission to assist in the relief of xerostomia, or dry mouth, in head and neck cancer patients who have received radiation treatment.
