Youngster Brush-Turkey named Scratchy is becoming very independant : after straying for a day and coming back to my garden the next, today he decided that it was a perfect day for sunbathing but it HAD to be in a high position and, for that, he chose my neighbours' roof :) First, he climbed on the side of a half wine barrel left under the Tibouchina by the previous owners. At this point, I didn't know what he had in mind. Then, I saw him take a run-up, as an athlete before a high jump, and half jump/half fly towards the neighbours' roof :) Frankly, I didn't think he could make it but he did !! Finally, he settled on the gutter for his sunbathing session :)) /
Scratchy, le Talégalle de Latham, devient tres independant : apres avoir disparu pendant toute une journee et etre revenu dans mon jardin le jour suivant, aujourd'hui il a decide que le temps etait ideal pour un bain de soleil mais il FALLAIT que ce soit en hauteur et, pour ce faire, il a choisi le toit de mes voisins :) Tout d'abord, il a grimpe sur le bord d'un demi tonneau, laisse par les precedents proprietaires sous le Tibouchina. A ce moment-la, j'ignorais completement ce qu'il avait en tete. Puis je l'ai vu prendre son elan, comme un athlete avant un saut en hauteur et, dans un mouvement mi-saut/mi-vol, s'elever jusqu'au toit des voisins :) Franchement, je n'etais vraiment pas sure qu'il y arriverait mais il a reussi !
Ayant enfin atteint son but, il s'est installe sur la gouttiere pour sa seance de bain de soleil :))

A process for "letting your anger out".
It perhaps sounds strange, but there are no limits for destructive abuse of the emulsion if you don't get the outcome you want.
Before redeveloping and getting the final result.
In this case a toned print where the emulsion was not easily removed by the chems. No problems, just use your wirebrush and scratch as much as you like...
After that, redevelop in a developer of your choice. Negative or positive, it doesn't matter.

Earlier this month I posted the "Caption this photo" Contest, on Instagram, and there were so many really funny and interesting entries. It took me a good week to choose the final three captions.

"Scratchy and Catwoman love story" - Year 2, bring it on. It is my Photo project since 2014 in which I first used Catwoman minifigure from the DC Universe and Scratchy minifigure from "The Simpsons" together.

A cup of coffee or a beer, a camera and a chair was all I needed at the Torti Hotel Avicar in Panama. This White-tailed Jacobin kept me entertained for quite a while at the feeders after a nice lunch.
Scratchy's life isn't all smooth... scratching (sailing would sound strange for a Brush Turkey :) !). You see, my son brought me his beloved Kayla, adorable German Shepherd, as he flew to Victoria for Christmas. Kayla may be adorable with humans, she hates competing animals in her surroundings ! The day before Christmas, I took her to the garden where, unfortunately, she detected the presence of our little scratcher under the Murraya hedge ! She therefore chased him at high speed and Scratchy had no other solution but to fly to higher grounds where Kayla couldn't reach him :) /
La vie de Scratchy le Gratteur n'est pas de tout repos. Voyez-vous, mon fils m'a amene sa bien-aimee Kayla, adorable Berger Allemand, car il devait prendre l'avion pour le Victoria afin d'y passer Noel. Kayla est sans doute adorable avec les humains mais elle a horreur de tout ce qui est animal et qui bouge dans son environnement !
La veille de Noel, je l'ai donc fait sortir dans le jardin ou, malheureusement, elle a detecte la presence de Scratchy sous la haie de Buis de Chine ! Elle lui a donc donne la chasse a grande vitesse et Scratchy n'a pas eu d'autre solution que de s'envoler pour se refugier en hauteur, la ou Kayla serait incapable de l'attraper :)
