Yup, here's another project I started 4/15/2007.

It will be a 1/35 Chenowth FAV.

Overall rear shot, giving the general idea of what it should look like. I've added several major details and supports to the rear at this point.

Spur N

The end of the fertilizer spur has a loading dock the locals call the "bean dock". This is where large bulk bags of edible beans are transloaded from truck to boxcar for distribution all over the country and even to ports for overseas shipment.

Here you can see the interior of the nose (main body half). The body was first based off the Ghostbusters rear end, then is was chopped to bits recreating the correct shape. Before it is completely glued to the chassis I will add supporting rods all across the interior to keep it from flexing in the future.

You can also see I have cut out a floor panel in the chassis to access the inside of the body when it is sealed. I did this to hopefully include batteries for LED lights or other addons.

I decided to change the interior color to a tan instead of black. It was too dark and you couldn't see any details; now the rollbar will be visible, along with the added accessories. Right now the interior is much too bright and clean.. See the pastel chalks I grinded into powder and stored in the clear containers? Those are for weathering everything for a much more realistic tone.

Added some conspicuous pipework on the left side of the frame from stretched sprue. I think they might be grease lines as they're narrow and metal, but I don't really know.

Also added some misc piping behind the oil tanks, the oil filter filler to the right, and a basic representation of the sight glasses. I'll drill these out when dry to represent the glass bits.

In its primed state, minus the 1/72 Flak and driver/pilot. Sorry for the poor quality, I used my phone as the real camera was downstairs and I was too lazy to go get it.

My first attempt at scratching something. I took some "For Sale" and "Garage Sale" signs from Menard's and tried turning them into something. The elevator leg for moving fertilizer in and out is in the mail, hope to get it in place next weekend.
