A woman looks sincerely petrified during the post-event celebration in the night before the 2005 Inauguration. ...The inauguration of George W. Bush.
Must be why she was scared.
We went to Long Grove a couple of weeks before Halloween, when everybody had put out their Halloween decorations. The village was evidently celebrating the season with a scarecrow contest, and there were effigies lining all the streets around the crossroads. We took a little walk in the rain to look at them.

one of the last pics i got of this group of cranes i scared off. they were resting in a rice field close to my apartment.
There's sheep everywhere around here, that and cows. To tell the truth, it's nice to get away from horses for a change.
The sheep are so scared though. Everytime I walk towards one they run off. Perhaps I should bring some Velcro gloves next time.
Aren't sheep dogs banned in New Zealand now, because of stress they cause to sheep?
I thought this tower looked like it was making some sort of scared expression with those two top windows as eyes and the bottom arch as it's mouth. This photo also looked better in Black and White.
Cody is a scared little kitten who has been hiding under the cage banks. He came out today and let me pet him for a bit. Such a tiny little boy...so little and so handsome.
Blackie is scared of the thundrous noise of Deepavali crackers being burst in the neighbourhood.
His mistress is also equally scared as she is so much concerned about her dog.
Both are cuddling each other.
