PhoTour organised with Wild Arena to Martinselkonen, Finland, to see the European Brown Bear emerge from hibernation in Finland.
I did these in 2006 for my advanced photography class. I was inspired by the hot topic issue at the time, same sex marriage. I used my Sony Cyber-shot 4.0 mega pixels. I added contrast.

It turns out that we have free wi-fi in the public spaces at our hotel in Cordoba, so I will be able to post some more at least occasionally. So back to Toledo...
When we took the Zocotren around Toledo, it was clear that the amazing cool views of the city were from across the river. So on our last night in Toledo I hiked across the river and out of town to take sunset and night photos of the city. I made some bad guesses and (twice!) climbed up to the top of hills only to find locked gates and private property between me and my view. Eventually, though, I found the "public" beautiful view spots, and spent an hour and a half or so taking photos as the sun set and the lights came on. Really gorgeous.
Oh, and there were some surprises along the way, including a little lizard and just about scared the #&!* out of me, and a fireworks display in the distance. I still don't know what they were celebrating or why, but it was neat to see nonetheless.
