The first picture for my 365 project! January 21, 2013. This project will probably consist of film photography, scan art, and various drawings/doodles.

The Tampa Tribune used this scan as a cover for an insert in the sunday paper. Used Epson 3170 photo scanner.

Scanography is the process of capturing digitized images of objects for the purpose of creating printable art using a flatbed “photo” scanner. An inverted box was deposited over my empty sewing kit on the flatbed of my scanner. I then, scanned with the lid of the scanner open and voilà, my photo in a box! I love the way the front objects are into focus, almost in three dimensions. The possibilities are endless here... See more trials photos here on my blog
