Well, as of this morning with one week left to go on my personal challenge, I've just about reached the 200lb mark. For those of you following along at home you know that my goal was to be comfortably on the other side of the 200lb mark by my birthday, June 27th. At this point it looks like I will be under 200lbs for sure, just not sure how far under.

At any rate, losing 20% of your body weight (aka 50 pounds) in a mostly healthy manner in less than a year's time is fantastic any way you look at it. I'm very grateful and excited for the year ahead.
