Garie Beach, where little people hang out - South of Sydney, NSW Australia. Full marks to the person who came up with fake minature treatment - I wouldn't of ever done anything with this otherwise plain photo.
Title: Scales, equal arm
Description: Scales set. This is a set of equal arm beam scales. In the centre is a brass upright stand , which screws into a wooden base. The brass stand has a 'turned' centre and top. It has a curved projecting arm to hold the balance arms via a bracket. The arms have a needle dial at the centre to gauge the weight being measured. The proper left arm holds a rigid shaft which holds a tray support. The proper right arm suspends a weighing tray which is connected to the arms with three chains.

On the arms reads: "W & T AVERY LTD. MAKERS. BIRMINGHAM: 10 WEIGH-41B"
On the central bracket reads: "CLASS L"

Closer look of the trim of the Halloween House roof trim. I used a Martha Stewart edge punch. It is glued and then painted. The house is also covered in decorative papers.
Anyone know what this could be? Not only are his eyes an unusual shape, it looks like the scales on top of his head are damaged.
