The railroad scale house, in West Kentucky Wildlife Management Area east of the Paducah site, was used in the 1950s to weigh Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant freight. Workers preserved the old scale because of its potential historical significance. The scale house was demolished.

Found a family of scaled quail next to Portal Rd. The one in focus is the female. The out of focus one in the background with the white puff on its head is the male. There is a small juvenile in the lower-left of the frame. There were 14 additional juveniles running along behind them. They were so fast and spastic that I couldn't get a focused shot of any of them.
I felt like doing something brave. This was the best I could do without a trampoline, water hose, and firecrackers.
On the surface a fairly simplistic shot, but I liked the x shaped lead in lines of the mossy rock from each corner of the image.
Notice locked diff steering rear axle, mocked into position to guide were I want the wheel track to be. All to be installed on a fourbar set up with coilovers and a panhard rod
