About four thousand people, including Rupert and myself, took part today in a protest against plans to build thousand of homes on Greenbelt land across Greater Manchester. They marched from Shaw, Castleton, Middleton and Chadderton to Tandle Hill Country Park in Royton. #GMSF

Save the Family
This is still my original and #1 theme, I believe in family and protecting the family. However, I also believe in women's rights. Women are the ones who organize and are the base of the family. We have to understand with all the difficulties today we have there are some people who have to make the most difficult decision of perhaps not keeping the baby because of the children they have, the lack of money for their present children, rape, incest, and health. This should not be a governmental choice, this should be a personal choice. If one can have the personal choice of carrying a gun that can kill someone surely one can have the agonizing choice of abortion! No one is saying that it is an easy choice.

The Burnham Mansion was designed by Daniel Burnham and John Wellborn Root architects for Albert and Julia Burnham in 1884 and the veranda was modified by Rapp and Rapp. Albert and Julia Burnham were instrumental in the growth of public institutions in Champaign with the city's first public library (Burnham Athenaeum (which is still extant and on the National Register of Historic Places) and Burnham City Hospital (which is now demolished). The school district wanted to demolish the mansion for a parking lot, but it looks like it will be moved one block east instead.
Not much to save as 70% of the CBD has been demolished and the proposed demolitions is 80% of all buildings

It is past time having children separated from their parents here in the US! It is cruel and unjustified, the government MUST reunite families, there is no excuse for this to continue! Americans cannot support this type of behavior!

This a relatively new design Save Mart Supermarket. This Lathrop store has a very similar design to the newer Save Mart Stores built in 2008. A new Lucky to be built in San Lorenzo in 2009 will probably be very similar to this store.
The stores feature lots of skylights and high ceilings.

Today Chelsea had her friend Jess around for the morning while new garage doors were fitted at her home. Steve decided to take their photos as they were having a great time together. In a bid to get the shot that he was after Steve was going to sit on Chelsea's sunbed....but Jess and Chelsea thought it was a fun game!
