So many dear, nostalgic polaroids are surfacing in these recent dark days. An indication at the small slice of happy pie with which polaroid photography has fed the world.
I hope that one day my daughter gets to see a polaroid of me - belly big - with her and pola-pie inside.

It's down there somewhere, at 666 Filbert St., as seen from Pioneer Park. Situated in the North Beach area and served the Italian-Americans for years until the area became more Chinese, so now offers mass in 4 different languages. As seen in Dirty Harry, and many other films.

This poor Green Darner got into my porch today and the poor fellow got stuck between my windows (see photo below). I tried everything to get him out, finally I got a butter knife and put it between the windows and he clung to it and I pulled him up and to safety, he got on my hand for few photos and then I opened the window and he flew out to freedom!

These martinis are Sugarbelles design. I had modified them and put an "olive" on mine in the past - but her design was so perfect. Of course, the customer went through my pictures and asked me to remove the olive..........so, now they are totally Callye's! Sorry, girl. I tried! The plaque cookies, however, are my design....I had to do SOMETHING on this order!
