You are welcome to bring topo maps to the circulation desk on the second floor (where you check out books) to check out, so long as they do not feature a prominent red stamp which says DOES NOT CIRCULATE.
Also remember to roll, not fold, the maps.
Ladawna Samples' family has been in Bend for many generations. Her grandparents, parents, kids and grand kids have all lived in town. But it's also a town that's changing. Samples sees this change when she goes out to hunt. "We hunt and there's all these people hiking and biking on the trails. They're not even wearing orange in the middle of hunting season." Samples says she has unknowingly pointed a rifle at runners and bikers countless times. But when she says something she is met with blank stares. "They look at you like, why are you here?"

After we'd talked about colors and styles, Trish put together a sample posy to show a range of colors that you might like. This posy includes a green rose, pale pinks, ivory and a purple rose.
I've provided three photos of the same posy so you can get a good idea of the colors.
This is a sample bouquet of the mixed media flowers that I make. Each has a natural twig
stem that I have painted green and the flowers are made from paper, coffee filters, seeds, leaves, fibers, and tissue paper. I am especially drawn to interesting textures and so I like my work to be a good combination of varied elements. I sell individual flowers, boutonnieres and bouquets and they all range in price from $6 for some small flowers to $60 for a large pre-made bouquet.
