On account of the misty weather we went home via an old favourite of ours. Did something different with the macro and took some familiar buildings in the fog for comparison.

My 5th or 6th visit to this place - some things are getting taken over by nature, kids wrecking it further or metal thieves have been here since the last time.

This is a re-visit to an old DP2 shot with some enhanced colouring detail to bring out the extent of rust. this basket is on wood pole on a beach i have no idea what it was used for, first thoughts are a fire basket or some kind of warning, its just a mistery if you have any thoughts to resolve my dilemma i would be very grateful.

I spotted a property with hundreds and hundreds of these pumps and coke machines fenced off. Stopped and asked if I could take some photos meeting the gentleman who restores them.

Time Wheel.

This abandoned old wooden and iron wheel was sitting upright in a field near Glen Davis. With the use of my sleeping bag I created the red background and let the afternoon light do the rest.

Another shot of this old truck that is slowiy rusting away. I seem to put a shot of it on flickr every year. Our grandchildren always love to go and see "the Old Car " I've had this as a desktop photo for a few days too. It looks quite a bit nicer in the large on black format.

This looks better in B/W.
